My Prayer for the Next Year

Lord, I thank You for Your protection over me and my family this last year. This last year has been so hard for so many and I’m so grateful for the protection under the shadow of Your wings. Even in the midst of a pandemic, moving back to Texas, and going through another loss of a child, You are still Good. I can say that with every fiber of my being.

This year Lord and in the the years to come, remove from me every piece that is not Yours. Whether it be pride or any other sin, God I ask that You would continue to purify my thoughts, actions, and words.

Lord, continue to protect my family. You have shown Yourself to be so faithful in making all things work for good. I ask that You would continue to keep my family in Your rest so that we can be Your hands and feet on the earth.

Bless the work of my hands, Jesus. I ask that as I continue to work in motherhood and in the business world, that You would continue to make known to me Your thoughts and Your plans. Make me steadfast in the plans You have for me. Not straying to the right or the left but staying on Your path.

God, I ask that You would continue to bless my family and friends. Restore relationship and unite us together in love so that we can bring Your Kingdom to earth.

Lord any plans I have that that are not from You, I ask that You would close the door on them. I only want to do what You’re part of.

For Yours is the kingdom, power, and glory forever.
